Prior to Envestors built Woolleys Healthfoods (sold to Northern Foods plc in 1997).
Scott Haughton is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Envestors, and the Concession Lead for the Home Office/UKVI MBEB Innovator Founder and Scale-Up Sponsor Licence endorsement contracts.
With a background in senior commercial roles at Mars and GlaxoSmithKline, Scott went on to raise £750,000 for his own venture before co-founding Envestors. He has since advised 75+ companies and helped secure over £50m in equity finance. An Economics & Business graduate with an MBA and FCA approval, Scott is a regular speaker on equity investment and UK business setup for overseas founders.
Iman has been with Envestors since 2021, brings extensive international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent. With a background in business development and global logistics, she has a proven track record of helping startups and entrepreneurs establish and scale sustainable, high-growth ventures in the UK and globally.
Michael leads Envestors’ growth and enterprise strategy, forging partnerships that connect bold founders with the investors, corporates, and public-sector programmes that accelerate their success. He’s focused on expanding Envestors’ impact across the UK innovation landscape — driving initiatives that unlock funding, scale opportunities, and global growth for early-stage ventures.
Katrina joined Envestors in 2021 and is our Director of Innovation Programme Marketing. She has been part of the team delivering the UK Innovator Founder Visa Programme, and most recently leads marketing, events such as the flagship Innovator Awards, and internal platform operations. Originally from Latvia, Katrina moved to the UK in 2014 to study and brings a first-hand understanding of the international founder experience and the challenges of relocating to the UK. She is fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian, and has over 10 years’ experience in customer success, operations, and project management across regulated industries. Katrina holds a BA from the University of Sussex and a Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Kasha Williams is an experienced Fractional CFO with over 15 years’ experience supporting start-ups, scale-ups, and PE-backed businesses. She specialises in building scalable finance functions, improving reporting and governance, and guiding companies through transformation, funding, and exit readiness.
Doris has been with Envestors since 2018 and brings extensive experience in supporting companies through investment readiness accelerators, having worked with over 250 start-ups and international founders. Doris is a member of the Higher Education Academy(HEA) and holds a Professional Teaching Standards Award in Higher Education. She previously served as a Module Leader and Teaching Fellow at the School of Modern Languages, University of Leeds, for four years, and currently acts as an external expert consultant for the University’s MA programmes.
Jerry directs development of the Envestors platforms and has been immersed in the early-stage growth sphere and its regulatory environment since he joined in 2016. Previously, he was a business consultant to private and public sector clients, with an operational focus shaped by his background as a military engineer.
