Originally from Latvia, Katrina moved to the UK in 2014 to study and brings a first-hand understanding of the international founder experience and the challenges of relocating to the UK. She is fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian, and has over 10 years’ experience in customer success, operations, and project management across regulated industries. Katrina holds a BA from the University of Sussex and a Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
