Innovator Business Founder
The Innovator Founder category is perfect for you if you’re an entrepreneur looking to establish an innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK. You’ll be granted a 3-year leave to remain in the UK and can bring your family with you. Your main focus should be on developing your business venture, but you’ll also be able to work in a skilled role. After 3 years, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for an extension or settle permanently in the UK.
High Potential Individual
You graduated from one of the top globally-ranked universities within the last five years and have 2–3 years in the UK with no path to extension. The exceptional talent network gives you the peer community, legal contacts, and employer connections to make those years count — and to build a foundation for long-term status before your window closes.
Global Talent
You have been formally recognised as a leader or potential leader in digital technology, research, academia, or the arts. Your route carries no employer dependency — but the accelerated 3-year ILR pathway depends on demonstrating contribution. The network connects you with peers at your level, legal advisors who understand the accelerated pathway, and employers and investors in your sector.
