The UK has built strong pathways to attract global talent through the Innovator Business Founder, High Potential Individual and Global Talent visa routes. Yet individuals on these visas often point to the lack of infrastructure enabling them to convert their talent into long-term success in the UK.

Innovator Business Founder

The Innovator Founder category is perfect for you if you’re an entrepreneur looking to establish an innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK. You’ll be granted a 3-year leave to remain in the UK and can bring your family with you. Your main focus should be on developing your business venture, but you’ll also be able to work in a skilled role. After 3 years, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for an extension or settle permanently in the UK.

High Potential Individual

You graduated from one of the top globally-ranked universities within the last five years and have 2–3 years in the UK with no path to extension. The exceptional talent network gives you the peer community, legal contacts, and employer connections to make those years count — and to build a foundation for long-term status before your window closes.

Global Talent

You have been formally recognised as a leader or potential leader in digital technology, research, academia, or the arts. Your route carries no employer dependency — but the accelerated 3-year ILR pathway depends on demonstrating contribution. The network connects you with peers at your level, legal advisors who understand the accelerated pathway, and employers and investors in your sector.

Envestors is approved by the Home Office to endorse under the Innovator Business Founder and Scale-Up categories. Since 2020 we have helped over 700 entrepreneurs settle in the UK, set up and scale their businesses.

What we offer is introductions to our network of regulated immigration law firms, and immigration pathway guidance delivered by those partner firms. No. This is a professional network — not a recruitment agency. We do not act as an agent in your job search, manage hiring processes, or receive placement fees from employers when you are hired. We facilitate connections between members and employers who are part of our network. What you do with those connections is entirely your own.

What sectors and roles are represented in the network?

The network reflects the industries where internationally-educated talent on exceptional routes most commonly builds careers in the UK: technology, fintech, financial services, professional services, life sciences, research, and the creative industries. Roles range from early-career positions suitable for recent graduates to senior and leadership roles relevant to Global Talent professionals.

Because the board is curated from network members rather than open, the volume is lower than a generic job board — but the relevance is significantly higher.
